I wanted let all of you Oregon AND Southwest Washington OBRA Members know we are looking forward to hosting the 2010 OBRA Championships in Trout Lake Washington (located just 20 miles north of Hood River).  Due to some recent chip seal that is taking a long time to pack and settle (little to no traffic on the road does not help speed the process along) we have decided to reverse the order of the course.  The race...
